This Privacy Policy describes how this website is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who consult it and use its services.

Types of Data Collected

The following data is collected exclusively through the website:

  • data provided voluntarily during the contact phase. First name, last name, and email (and any phone number or message text) entered by the user in the contact forms or sent via email;
  • statistical navigation data (StatCounter). Information collected in an aggregate and anonymous manner through the StatCounter visit counter (e.g., anonymized IP addresses, domain names of the computers used, times of requests, pages visited).

Purposes of Processing

Personal data is collected and processed exclusively for the following purposes:

  1. to respond to user requests for the sole purpose of providing the information requested, handling technical queries, or sending quotes/supply offers;
  2. to monitor traffic trends and optimize the user experience through the third-party service StatCounter, without directly identifying the user.

Legal Basis for Processing

  • for the contact form, the processing is based on the execution of pre-contractual or contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. b of the GDPR);
  • for statistical data (StatCounter), the processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Controller in optimizing its website (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. f of the GDPR) and/or on the user's consent expressed through the cookie banner.

Methods of Processing and Data Retention

Processing is carried out using computer tools, with logic strictly related to the stated purposes and in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

  • Contact data: will be kept for the time strictly necessary to process the user's request. In the event that the request is followed by the supply of services or products, the data will be kept for a period equal to three years from the termination of the supply (of services or products);
  • Statistical and navigation data: aggregate statistical data collected through StatCounter is retained according to the provider's policies and deleted or fully anonymized as soon as it is no longer necessary.

Data Recipients

The data will not be disclosed to third parties, except in the following cases:

  • entities that perform processing on behalf of Syrion Technologies to fulfill the supply requested by the user;
  • external consultants (e.g., accountant, IT service providers, and website hosting providers) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors;
  • the provider of the statistical service StatCounter (operating according to its own policy, available on the official StatCounter website);
  • competent authorities to fulfill specific legal obligations.

Data will not be transferred outside the European Area unless adequate protection guarantees are in place (e.g., standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions of the third-party provider).

Rights of the Data Subject

At any time, the user may exercise their rights under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR:

  • access to their personal data;
  • rectification or erasure of the same (right to be forgotten);
  • restriction of or objection to processing;
  • request for data portability;
  • lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali - www.garanteprivacy.it).
